Whether you are a start-up, small business, or a more established company, there is nothing more fundamental than protecting and growing your business. To get that right you need two things - a clear view of the best way forward, and the know-how and the resources to make it happen.

This is where I can help. As a business development professional with over 25 years of experience, I can see your business through your eyes, and bring to the table a wealth of understanding to make your next steps clear and effective.

This might mean working with you to create and deliver effective sales and marketing campaigns, but it can mean much more - from sitting with you to draw up strategic plans for the business, to improving your internal operations and teams, and harnessing your IT and data.

The practical experience at my fingertips also means being able to do much more than talk and advise. If you need hands-on support to actually deliver, someone working alongside you in your business to get the job done, then that is there for you too. There is only one thing I am interested in - adding to the bottom line of your business.

I won't offer you some sort of formula, or an off the shelf package. The real world is more complex than that. But what I will offer you is the chance to sit down and talk through where you are, explore where you want to be, and help you clarify your thinking. No cost, no commitment. If I can help, I will put together some thoughts in writing to you. If they make sense, we can then find the best way of working together - tailored exactly to what you need and focused totally and utterly on growing the value of your business.

As an independent business development expert I do not carry unnecessary overheads and can be totally flexible in how I operate - including flexible pricing based not just on hourly or day rates, but based on results - whatever makes sense for us both. And much of what I provide in advice, mentoring and training also qualifies for funding support from regional agencies.
